A detailed, hands-on assessment of your outdoor space. Using drone photography, Tom’s able to share rough sketches, ideas and practical solutions as you walk the space together.

How it works
Step One
Book your consultation
Choose online using Zoom or in-person. Complete a short questionnaire so Tom can prepare.
Step Two
The session
Online: share screens, discuss images, talk through your challenges.
In-person: drone photography of your garden, on-site assessment, detailed discussion.
Step Three
Follow-up
Tom sends a summary email with sketches, links, recommendations and (for in-person sessions) annotated drone photographs you can work from.
Cancellations and Refunds
We understand plans change. Cancel with 48 hours notice for a full refund. Within 48 hours we can’t offer refunds as Tom’s time is reserved for your session.

Complete the short questionnaire we send before your session to help us prepare properly. Gather any inspiration images, photos of your garden and measurements if you have them. Think about your main challenges or questions so we can make the most of your time.

You can book follow-up sessions if needed. Many clients find one consultation gives them everything they need to move forward, but complex projects sometimes benefit from a second session once initial work is underway.

No. Consultations provide guidance, recommendations and direction rather than formal design work. If you need layout drawings, planting plans or detailed specifications, our full design services would be more appropriate.

Absolutely. The follow-up summary, sketches and recommendations are yours to use however helps your project, whether that's briefing contractors, guiding your own work or making decisions with confidence.
